  • Remember to get some sunshine for optimal vitamin D levels.

  • Switch of the screens. Reducing blue light exposure is important for melatonin secretion, sleep onset and a healthy mind.

  • Reduce stress, perceived or real. This can be done by including exercise and somatic treatments e.g. walking, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, spinal flow and spending quality time with family and friends.

  • Rest is your best friend.
